The story of Gemplus24 is rooted in the 30-year journey of our founder, Rosanne Beck. Before becoming a global supplier of wholesale jewelry findings, Rosanne was a dedicated artisan and educator in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2006, she opened her own brick-and-mortar bead shop, where she spent years teaching jewelry-making classes and connecting with local designers.

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment, usually shipping the same day from California.
Gemplus24 is not responsible for USPS tracking system or delivery.
All Domestic US orders will ship for a flat rate price of $5.95 using USPS ground shipping.
USPS Priority and Express shipping options available.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and 30 days after receiving your item to have the item sent back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. For example, the count/length/alterations/etc have not been altered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. There will be a 15% restocking fee of the returned items. If a customer would like to waive the restocking fee, we will create a coupon code for use in our shop.

Please note that if returning an item in an order makes the total purchase less than $35 and makes the order ineligible for free shipping, we deduct the shipping cost from the store credit or refund.

Damages and Issues with Order

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you happen to receive an item that appears to have a defect due to an error on our end, please send us a picture for verification. We'll gladly provide a return label to facilitate the process. Once the item is returned to us we will do a proper inspection. If the item is not eligible for a refund, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
